Ear Piercing Experience

Alright this whole wacky idea of going for an outing was planned by my fellow classmate, I was not actually in the mood to go out due to insufficient slumber yesterday, but what the heck, since this could be one of the few occasion where I can have some fun with the bunch. As usual we went to Mid Valley which, amusingly that also, took us almost half and hour to decide. And guess what? I was surprise when both Pei Si and Li Sien had the common intention and objective to be at the mall, that is, piercing. Which, I had planned quite some months ago to go for it. But the idea never really being actualize mainly considering the reliability of the store with the pain that I could bear. Later I realize that it was foolish to even think about the pain and I ought to have do it before Law Night. We spend approximately 5 hours at Mid Valley, Lawrence had met up with his fellow colleague from Sunway College and we later delighted ourself with some movie, and after that we went and feast in a Japanese restaurant particular the Kiku Zakura. Its a bit pricey compare Sushi King but the food is much preferred in the sense of freshness and the service given. Well nothing done was scheduled. After the meal we subsequently went on to search for an earring shop which provide piercing service(not all earring shop does), and we finally found one. And now the exciting part(well...for me), I never did any piercing before and the whole thought of consequences running through my mind before that very moment, like how my dad would react if he found out and what is the impression to peoples on me(since I was brought up in quite a conservative behaviour). After Pei Si had done on both side, I decide to go ahead and do it. Well I just pierce for the left side which theoretically those who's pierce the RIGHT side is identification of being a homosexual, I got that affirmed with the store keeper. What embarrass most was that I was such a coward I let the girl experienced the pain 1st and later take it only after convinced by em(and Chin Hian would be the main accomplice). And believe me, it doesn't feel pain at all, well maybe a split second and after the ear will feel hot awhile, but really its not a big deal, they apply some medication to numb the ear beforehand. Each side cost about RM5. And that's much about how I got my 1st pierce, now, the next stop I might talk about buying earring experience LOL.

Should law question suicide matter?

Despite the topic of my moral presentation, I come across some article pertaining the law on suicide in Malaysia. Section 309 of the Penal Code stated that anyone guilty of attempted suicide could face imprisonment of up to a year or fined or both. So the 1st question that bump into me is that, a Malaysian which seek to execute his/her own life now have to be detained just after they had felt so miserably torn apart or impetuously made a mistake of his life? They could have blame themselve for failed to undertake to end his/her own life. The conviction would just bring upon more embarrassment and added more unbearable mental distress. Well lets be logical, is the law able to discourage people from contemplating suicide? Is it reasonable and justifiable to impose such a legislation? I do not think any of this could be practicable to act as a solution towards the issues. Its odd and peculiar to see that why Malaysia is so different compare other country like UK which consider as local law counterpart. Suicide itself is legal in their community. Well malaysia is known to have passed silly and some ludicrous law anyway. A famous incident of the 16 years old teenage girl who was alleged to committed the offenses of trying to jump off from a 10 storey building after a disputation with her boyfriend. But since she was below eighteen so accordingly she was dealt under the Child Act 2001. Most of people attempted suicide because they was not diagnosed earlier of having depression or the people beside them does not giving enough attention to what was facing by them. Research had testify that one of the major fact of such "crime" as labeled by Malaysian law is that, the victim having history of mental illness or life event prior to this unwise act. So IMHO I don't think that law can be the detterrent in handling this psychological complex matter. A person who was going to end his/life the next few second is not seeking for attention but rather than an assist or alternative remedy to bring to an end of the unbearable pain. What they really need is a mental aid to bail them out of the misserable pain they suffered. I personally think that psychological approach would be a much better solution by rehabilitate and guide the poor victim under a more relevant profession department. Any feedback is welcome =)

Never-ending automotive robots

As what I mention in the last post, now I'll be giving my review on the recent anticipated Transformer 2. Well here goes, the story line was much different compare the 1st movie, the primary objective was not conspicuous in the beginning part of the movie, few new autobots was introduced, include the twin voiced by Reno Wilson and tom Kenny along with the flashy/jazzy motorbike which voiced by Grey DeLisle, even the new autobot used Chevrolet in their automotive form. And the main villain would be the Fallen which in the movie play the role as one of the 7 primes which was intention of draining the energy from stars to create Energon and power the Allspark, the life source of the Transformers, using a machine called a Sun Harvester. The deceitful Fallen had betrayed the others prime which all had agreed on not to destroy the solar system where there is live on the solar system. And to groove this up, the main objective for the autobot is to prevent the decepticon from destroying the sun and human civilization. The part that amuse me was where Sam has to heads off to college and lead his normal student life, the embarrassment that placed upon him by his mother really makes me LMAO. A new character was introduced, Sam new college roommate Leo Spitz, which play quite a humorous role in the movie. Ok now the best part in this movie was when Optimus Prime was revived by Sam with the Matrix of Leadership. Well Optimus was not vigorous enough to fight with the decepticon in such a extensive amount of enemies, but with the sacrifice of Jetfire(the old guy just have to died in the end...) who given his part and life to Optimus to revamp and transfigure with advance fancy equipment(e.g cannon blaster, jet airfoil etc)

The Good
1.The sound and action effect was much astonishing compare to the 1st movie
2.Megan Fox has much mature look and sexier *horny grin*
3.Optimus Prime was much superbly sturdy compare the 1st movie
4.loads of new drolling humor
5.The ending was awesome!

The Bad
1.The plot or story line was not as good as the 1st movie
2.many hard-core and vulgarity words with horrible dialogue(well I don't give a fuss but some parent who bring along their underage kids might)
3.two and a half an hour was too long, they can just scrap off the part where the pyramid was found.

Conclusion
Its still better in the sense that they've really made alot of improvement and the effect was thrilling, overall I would rate it 3.8 out of 5, looking forward for the 3rd movie =)

An indulging weekend (my 1st post)

The weekend was short and with the upcoming chore and coursework around, I was not really in the mood of even leaving my room for a day. but with the recent screening movie which I had promised myself at least folk out a few hours time to go and enjoy it, which is the most anticipated movie ever for the whole half year "Transformer 2:The rise of the Fallen"(1.0), the dilemma had in me for a day. At last I've decided to take a time-off on the next day and follow my friend's car to Midvalley. Its an one hour trip from Nilai and it took us around an hour before we're able to get a parking slot on that day, but no doubt since its weekend at the time when we're there its about the time where most employee will have their lunch. By the time we arrived it was around 3pm and I was startled when I saw the people that was queuing to buy the tickets. The 1st thing that arrive in my mind would be that there will be no longer available tickets for today and that I've just wasted all my time coming, they even set up a special row for others movie which doesn't seem to be that captivating since the day Transformer was screened. What surprised me was that the ratio of people queuing up for other movie is 10 times lesser! but at last I manage to get a 5pm tickets which, by luck afternoon tickets are not that demanding compare to night, and the good thing is the ticket just cost me RM7 for student price. As for my coupled friend, they couldn't get the ticket for that night and even for the next day since they planned to watch together during the night time. but still they're booked the day after that(its advisory to book GSC ticket 3 day in advance for big movie). Now that I've bought my ticket, we 3 decided to went for a lunch at Sushi King, as always, I've ordered my favorite unagi set. After the lunch I get my hair cut then walk around the mall to see whether i can pick up anything cheap, amazingly I manage to came across some great apparel and grab myself a 70% discount CKJ shirt(1.1) . Esprit was having a very good deal as well during the moment, but I've made up my mind not to over spend for the weekend so during the upcoming Mega Sale(July 4) I could buy my own some casual wear in a greatly slashed price.
The movie last about approximately 2 and half and hours, I was fascinated with it, I will write more about my review on Transformer 2 on my next post. I've watched the movie all by myself and indeed I have not regret it, a great movie, brilliant sound and special effect, in fact the scene was better compare to the 1st movie. Michael Bay had done a really great job, this movie hits
$60.6 million in North America alone and close to $100 million worldwide in a day, being ranked 2nd all -time behind "The Dark Knight" which grossed $67.8 million.
